Delivery and Shipping Policies

Hoyle Office Solutions provides FREE Next Day Delivery Within Local Service Area for your Office Supply purchases.
  • Orders received in our system before 5:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
  • Hoyle will deliver any size order to your business. If your order total falls below our $25.00 minimum, you will only incur a $2.00 small order fee.
  • Most orders will arrive the following business day as we ship from a network of distribution centers across the United States.
  • Office Furniture orders such as desks, filing cabinets, chairs, etc.  do require ASSEMBLY, DELIVERY and INSTALLATION. Additional charges will apply. Call for a quote 828.681.8797
  • Items that ship directly from the manufacturer may also require extra time for delivery. The estimated delivery time for these orders can be obtained from customer service.
  • Special requests accepted. Hoyle Office Solutions understands the need for special attention on certain orders. Please call one of our customer service representatives to discuss options you may have for your delivery. The best time to do this is before you submit your order.
  • Once you submit your order, our team gets to work right away picking, packing and wrapping your order and therefore, changes cannot be made. Additional orders under $25.00 minimum will accrue the $2.00 small order fee.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.
  • Office supply deliveries are not available to residential addresses.
Truck Deliveries to Commercial Addresses
  • Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery.
  • Truck shipments are dock delivery or, if you do not have a dock, the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside).
  • Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will require additional time for delivery.
Inside delivery and/or setup is available for an additional charge. Contact customer service for an inside delivery quote.
  • A signature is required for all truck deliveries so someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for delivery.
  • Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment or refuse delivery of any damaged items. If you refuse the delivery, please contact customer service so we can expedite a replacement order for you.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.
